Make molds based on samplesIf customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing. Sometimes, customer will make a sample mold, which is smaller and cost less, Just for making samples. Sometimes, customer make a big mold directly, for both making samples and mass production. The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.
In addition, if you want to save time and money, as long as you provide us with samples or product-specific data, we are able to complete the plastic mold for you using 3D printing technology within one day and put it into samples or mass production right away.
